All conference attendees are welcome to present a poster. Requests to submit a poster will be accepted until May 1st, 2023. Please indicate that you plan to present a poster during registration. Alternatively, you can contact Dr. Lorena Lacerda, the Poster Session moderator, directly.

Poster Instructions

Abstract Guidelines

We will be using brief abstracts and key words to group posters by subject matter during the poster session.

A template (downloadable Word document) for submitting an abstract is available.

Please email your abstract directly to Dr. Lorena Lacerda by May 5th 2023.

Abstract Suggestions

  • Abstract must be between 250 and 500 words.
  • Keywords: Provide three to five keywords, separated by comma, and use words not included in the title.
  • PDF versions of the posters will be published on the conference website prior to the conference. Please submit the PDF of your poster to Dr. Lorena Lacerda by May 10th.
  • Poster topic suggestions include but are not limited to:
    • On-farm experimentation
    • Machine/deep learning and AI
    • Climate Smart Agriculture
    • Proximal and remote sensing
    • Sensors in precision agriculture
    • Variable rate application (water, fertilizer, seeds and other inputs)
    • Spatial data analysis and geostatistics
    • Robotics, guidance and automation
    • Decision support systems
    • Precision poultry management
    • Precision agriculture economic and social impacts
    • Precision crop protection
    • Precision agriculture applications in horticulture and specialty crops
    • Digital soil mapping

Poster Size

  • The maximum allowable size for posters is 60 × 60 inches or 152 × 152 cm.
  • The minimum allowable size for posters is 44 × 44 inches or 112 × 112 cm.
